Tracy brings a strong background in business strategy, operations, and project management to her role as Director of Business Development at Move2Team. A long-time Loveland resident, Tracy and her husband Brad have called the community home for over 20 years, raising their two incredible children who are now thriving in high school and college.

Before joining Move2Team, Tracy spent 12 successful years at Procter & Gamble, where she held key roles in Customer Business Development and External Operations. Known for her analytical mindset and organizational expertise — especially in Excel and project management — she now applies those skills to help Move2Team grow smarter and operate more efficiently.

After working with Ellie to both sell and buy a home, Tracy was so impressed by the experience that she knew she had found something special. Now, she's thrilled to be part of the very team that helped her family make their move.

When she’s not optimizing systems or driving growth for the team, you’ll likely find Tracy traveling to college visits with her daughter or cheering on her son at a tennis tournament.
