Nile Otte Weir, a newly licensed real estate agent, brings a unique blend of experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the Cincinnati market. Originally from Connecticut, Nile later called Colorado home, where she attended college and began her professional journey in sales. In 2022 she relocated to Milford and quickly immersed herself in discovering the charm and vibrancy of her new city, falling in love with all that Ohio has to offer.  

With a strong background in social enterprise and sales, including her most recent role at the award-winning organization ArtWorks, Nilebrings a fresh perspective to her real estate career. She is best known for her upbeat attitude, unwavering drive to succeed, and a deep passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Outside of work, Nile cherishes time with her family and time spent outdoors. She’s happily married to her best friend and is a devoted mom to her young son and their three lively dogs. While she’s not working, you’ll likely find her reading, spending quality time with friends and family, hunting for her next great thrift store treasure or planning the family’s next getaway.
